Sterling condo Kelana Jaya is built in a peaceful residential area, which boasts a 6,600 sq. ft. clubhouse cum sports complex, a 25-metre swimming pool, spacious private residences and a number of appealing and attractive facilities. It is a residential type of apartment on leasehold land. The developer for Sterling condominium is SMI Cityhomes Sdn. Bhd, which is a subsidiary of South Malaysia Industries Berhad. Each unit will come unequipped in the sense that they do not have air conditioners, cabinets or built-in furniture. The reason for this is to maintain the price of the unit at an reasonable rate however other developers have been able to keep the entire price at a minimal cost.
